Location Details

Wayzata Central Middle School officially opens for our Caucus events at 6:15 pm, but there are other events in the gym prior to our event (youth basketball practice) so you may be able to get in before 6:15 pm if that provides more comfort.  The advertised time in our promotion is for caucus goers to arrive at 6:30 pm and be ready for the precinct caucuses to start at 7:00 pm.

Final Preparations

We will assemble the caucus convener packets at our Saturday, Jan 31st meeting.  If you can attend, please do.  In the interim, you can view PDF versions of the documents above.

If you are unable to attend on Saturday, but feel comfortable with what you need to do as a convener, you can review the PDFs at the link above, and your printed packet will be provided on Tuesday night at your caucus room.

If you still have questions...MNGOP will be hosting Caucus Convener Form Training via ZOOM Meeting on Saturday afternoon and Monday evening.

These trainings are designed for any unit leader and every precinct caucus convener (and/or their secretary). Each session includes a step-by-step review of the required forms, best practices to avoid common errors, and a dedicated Q&A so conveners feel confident and ready to run a smooth, orderly caucus.


Repetition helps.  We want every convener to be comfortable with the paperwork before caucus night.
