MIDWEEK MEMO

Dear Friends,

No matter where you live or serve—from small towns to the suburbs, from the State Capitol to your local BPOU—you are part of a movement that’s building serious momentum.

This week is packed with proof that Minnesota Republicans are on the rise. From small business support to new candidate filings, we are showing voters what leadership looks like.

Nicole Mitchell Convicted – Time to Flip Her Seat

Last week, former DFL Senator Nicole Mitchell was convicted of felony burglary and forced to resign.   The DFL stalled her trial for over a year, using political privilege to keep her vote and protect their fragile majority. And to top it off, she delayed her resignation for two weeks so she could receive one more taxpayer-funded paycheck.

Now, the special election in Senate District 52 gives us a real chance to reclaim this suburban seat that once was solidly Republican. With your help, we can send a strong message: Minnesotans are tired of corruption and ready for common-sense leadership.

DHS Medicaid Fraud: $1 Billion Lost – GOP Demands Audit

Republican Rep. Kristin Robbins is leading the charge with a formal request for a federal audit of Minnesota’s Department of Human Services, where fraud and mismanagement have wasted over $1 billion in taxpayer funds.

Autism programs, housing services, recovery care, and transportation were all exploited while DHS leadership looked the other way. Republicans are standing up for accountability—because Minnesotans deserve better.

 Senate 27 Special Election

Hold the Line

We’ll also have a special election in Senate District 27 following the passing of our dear friend and public servant Senator Bruce Anderson. We honor his legacy by defending this seat and continuing the fight for the values he lived by.

Republican candidates are already preparing. Let’s give them the support they need to win.
